World Cat Catamarans names 2012 Sales and Service Award winners

Tarboro, NC: World Cat catamarans recently awarded The Boat Place of Naples and of Fort Myers of Ft. Myers and Naples, Florida, as 2012 Dealer of the year for the highest dollar volume retail boat sales in the 2012 model year.  “Ray Filmore and his team at The Boat Place have the highest World Cat market share at retail of any market in the world,” stated Andy Brown, World Cat president.  “They take every opportunity to demonstrate the World Cat ride advantages and that has made them super successful with our products,” he added.

World Cat also presented the Presidential Pace Setter Award to Power Cats of South Florida in Fort Lauderdale.  The Presidential Pace Setter Award is presented to the dealership with the highest year-over-year retail sales volume increase.  Power Cats of South Florida was also presented with World Cat’s Customer Service Award as the dealership with the highest customer satisfaction among World Cat owners n 2012.  Tying with Power Cats of South Florida for the Customer Service Award was Sara Bay Marina in Sarasota Florida.

Also receiving sales and service awards for achievement in both retail sales volume and high customer service scores were: Butler Marine of Beaufort, Beaufort, SC; Butler Marine of Charleston, Charleston, SC; Fort Macon Marine, Atlantic Beach, NC; Gulf Coast Boating Centers, Fort Walton Beach, FL; Mertaugh Boat Works, Hessel, MI; Troy Marine, Carrollton, VA; Twin Hull Boats, Bridgeport, CT; and Unique Marine, Tavernier, FL.  The Boat Place of Naples, The Boat Place of Fort Myers, Sara Bay Marina and Power Cats of South Florida also received sales and service awards.

New dealer Welcome Aboard awards were presented to Pier 47 Marina, Wildwood, NJ; Central Marine Services, Tampa, FL; and Jefferson Beach Yacht Sales, St. Clair Shores, MI.
