Watercraft sales, music and food at Nautical Flea Market in Pompano

The two-acre marketplace at the Pompano Beach Community Park featured everything for the nautical lifestyle, with vendors selling 40-foot boats, fishing lures, radars and thousands of other items.

In its 27th year, this is the first time that the two-day Nautical Flea Market has sold out of vending space. There were 200 vendors, 360 booths — some vendors had multiple booths — and about 10,000 customers, said Kate Belcher, Pompano Beach recreational supervisor.

“It’s a one-stop shop, something for everyone in the family,” Belcher said.

Some of the vendors were looking to empty their garages of clutter, but there were also small local businesses and large watercraft manufacturers. And there was food, beer and music.
