Edgemont Marine in Greers Ferry, Ark., and owner Gary Eubanks were accused of failing to turn over proceeds gained from consignment sales to former owners of the vessels, according to a report in The Sun-Times.

According to the report, Eubanks contacted people who were selling their boat on Craigslist and offered to sell their boat through consignment. However, Eubanks allegedly never turned over any money from the watercraft sales after originally agreeing on only a 10-percent commission with the former owners – a violation of the Arkansas Deceptive Trade Practices Act.
